Procedure measuring and monitoring
Initial work-piece inspection
  For procedure with initial work-piece inspection, the first three pieces should be inspected for every production, replacement or adjustment. After approved qualified by checker, the checker fill in the Initial Work-piece Insurance List, or return the unqualified piece for re-production till qualified. The batch production should be done under the signature of production director or QC director.
Process inspection
  The checker fills in the QC Inspection Record according to inspection standard and random inspection. For qualified products, they should be noted with qualification for next procedure; on the contrary, the checker should refer to Unqualified Products Control Procedure for unqualified products.
Mutual inspection 5.2 products measuring and monitoring
  The QC department is responsible for various testing standards, testing locations, testing frequency, random inspection cases, testing projects, testing means, judging standards and testing equipments.
  The operators of next procedure will inspect the products from the above procedure and continue to process if the product is qualified.
    During the production process, the special checkers must do the inspection by themselves or with the operators on operation methods, equipments and frock.
